PHP MV-9

A Croatian 9mm massively produced in 1990-1994 by IM Metallic. Gun model stacks at 24.4K tris. Wanted to do this model since it seems no one has done one for this gun and loving the Beretta M9 x Luger look.

Aside from the Villar Perosa, this gun model had topology and poly count more in mind whilst keeping the moving parts segmented for my first attempt at rigging. The hand model looks low res because I wanted to use the Insurgency character models extracted by me.

Admittely I didn’t pay as much time for the animation since Maya was crashing quite a lot for the reload animation when I was refining. Also first time animating?

Edit (May 21): I took it upon myself from requests to deduct the poly count to 20K, of which I found myself comfortably getting to before any more major alterations would take to the shape. Actual poly count is 19,955K tris btw. You'll find the new model at the bottom.

Unreal Engine 4 comparison of the old wireframe with the new, looking good.
