Everybody Wants to Rule the World (A Music Ad Bumper)

Yes this is definitely maybe, not, somehow a Fall Guy with wonky eyes as the overlord. This was a school project to make a short music video, so I made a small-ish ad bumper you'd find in between ad breaks on MTV.
